July 4th Fireworks

Each year on Independence Day, the Town of Valdese holds an impressive fireworks display on the football field behind the Old Rock School.

Regarded as one of the most impressive firework displays in the area, the Town of Valdese sponsors this July 4th Celebration with fireworks that burst at a lower altitude which allows for a more brilliant display and fireworks that contain a variety of swirls and explosions. Ooohs and ahhhs for everyone.

This year the fireworks will be on Friday,July 2nd and will include a night of fun! Beginning at 6:00pm the Main Street will be closed for over 200 antique and classic cars and Harry Deal & The Galaxies and at approxiately 9:30 pm the fireworks will complete the day!
