The Rock School Arts Foundation’s mission is to offer new and exciting exhibitions, programs, and art education for adults and children; to serve as a cultural destination for tourists and visitors; and a resource for the art communities.

The Three Graces were put in place by the Public Arts Commission. The bronze, aluminum, and copper structure represents beauty, mirth, and good cheer. The three sculptures exhibit the same geometry of form but have different size, materials, and texture that responds to each change of light and atmosphere.

The history of the Waldensian Presbyterian Church is so intertwined with the history of the town of Valdese that it is impossible to study one without embracing the other. In education and industry, as well as in the religious life of the community, the Church has been and continues to be the center of Waldensian life in Valdese.
