9AM – 4PM at Temple Field at the Old Rock School located at 400 Main Street West Valdese, NC

Fee: $50 per space

Vendor Agreement, Guidelines & Instructions

  1. All vendors must have exhibits ready for the public by 8:30am on Saturday, April 26th 2025.
  2. All vendors must contain their exhibit items within their assigned 10x10 area. This is mandatory.
  3. All vendors must provide their own setup (tent, tables, etc.) necessary for outdoor event. Vendors will be in rows, please plan accordingly.
  4. NO ELECTRICITY WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THIS EVENT!
  5. This event will include handmade crafts only.
  6. All vendors must maintain their exhibit beginning at 8:30am until 4pm on April 26th 2025.
  7. All vendors must submit payment no later than 4pm on Friday, April 11th 2025. Vendors who do not meet this deadline will forfeit their space.
  8. Vendors will not be allowed to switch booth assignments the morning of event. Please know your space number at vendor check in!
  9. All Vendors agree that the Spring Craft Market Committee has the right to evict vendors for any reason they deem necessary to maintain a wholesome event.
  10. This event will be held outdoors, rain or shine. NO REFUNDS.
  11. This event takes place on a football field. You will not be allowed to drive onto the field. Carts will be available on a first come, first serve basis, so please plan accordingly for loading/unloading. Grass may be wet.
  12. Vendors are required to park in the designated areas to ensure parking availability for patrons. Vendors who violate parking guidelines will not be accepted at future events.
