9AM – 4PM at Temple Field at the Old Rock School located at 400 Main Street West Valdese, NC
Fee: $50 per space
Vendor Agreement, Guidelines & Instructions
- All vendors must have exhibits ready for the public by 8:30am on Saturday, April 26th 2025.
- All vendors must contain their exhibit items within their assigned 10x10 area. This is mandatory.
- All vendors must provide their own setup (tent, tables, etc.) necessary for outdoor event. Vendors will be in rows, please plan accordingly.
- NO ELECTRICITY WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THIS EVENT!
- This event will include handmade crafts only.
- All vendors must maintain their exhibit beginning at 8:30am until 4pm on April 26th 2025.
- All vendors must submit payment no later than 4pm on Friday, April 11th 2025. Vendors who do not meet this deadline will forfeit their space.
- Vendors will not be allowed to switch booth assignments the morning of event. Please know your space number at vendor check in!
- All Vendors agree that the Spring Craft Market Committee has the right to evict vendors for any reason they deem necessary to maintain a wholesome event.
- This event will be held outdoors, rain or shine. NO REFUNDS.
- This event takes place on a football field. You will not be allowed to drive onto the field. Carts will be available on a first come, first serve basis, so please plan accordingly for loading/unloading. Grass may be wet.
- Vendors are required to park in the designated areas to ensure parking availability for patrons. Vendors who violate parking guidelines will not be accepted at future events.
